Bridal Stylist - PT, Sunday Only
We are excited to be offering a part-time Bridal Stylist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience to Rachel Ash brides, achieving goals and performing duties related to the presentation and operation of the boutique. As a Bridal Stylist, you will take on the role of a brand ambassador for the store and demonstrate the values and qualities of the Rachel Ash brand. The candidate must be available to work every Sunday, 9:30-6pm, and be comfortable working alone.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing fantastic customer service to all brides and their guests both in person and via other methods of communication.
- Upsell services and products where suitable but ensure not to be a ‘pushy’ salesperson, that's just not the Rachel Ash style.
- Ensure that the store and products are consistently maintained and in pristine condition at all times
- Book appointments with our brides and maintain our administrative systems and processes.
- Maintain high response with general customer enquiries on all platforms.
Essential candidate requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail or customer facing environment where customer service is the priority of the business.
- A passion for bridal fashion, and for going the extra mile to make Rachel Ash brides look and feel fantastic.
- Positive attitude, quick learner and capability to be effective during both busy and quiet times.
- Ability to work alone effectively.
- Excellent communication skills interacting with customers and fellow staff members. The ideal candidate must feel very confident interacting with people.
- Comfortable and confident using technology, we use an iPad, iMac, and all Microsoft programmes at the boutique.
- Highly organised individual able to complete tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
Non-essential candidate requirements but highly desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing sales role would be preferable. Specifically a role whereby the candidate had direct interaction with customers on a 1:1 basis.
- Previous experience within the wedding/bridal industry or in a luxury retail environment.
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.50-£13.50 - depending on level of experience
Full training will be provided to equip the candidate with the skills to perform individually and manage the boutique alone if necessary. Candidates must be 18 or over to apply.

Boutique Assistant – PT, Saturday Only
We are excited to be offering a part-time Boutique Assistant role to support our busy Saturdays at Rachel Ash Bridalwear. The successful candidate will work closely with our Bridal Stylists to ensure a seamless experience for our brides, assisting with appointments, maintaining the boutique's beautiful setting, and supporting the day-to-day running of the store through essential admin tasks. This is the perfect role for someone who loves working with people and has a keen eye for detail.
The role is for Saturdays only, 9:15am–5:00pm.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all brides and their guests.
- Support our Bridal Stylists during appointments, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Keep the boutique looking immaculate and well-presented throughout the day.
- Assist with back-of-house tasks including steaming dresses, organising accessories, stock checks and preparing the boutique for appointments.
- Answer phone and email enquiries and support general admin duties as needed.
- Be an ambassador for the Rachel Ash brand and contribute to the high standard of service we’re known for.
Essential candidate requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly approach.
- Passion for bridalwear or fashion and a genuine interest in weddings.
- Comfortable using technology including iPads and Microsoft Office.
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks during both busy and quieter periods.
- A team player who is equally confident supporting others and working independently.
Non-essential but desirable
- Experience in a luxury retail, fashion, or bridal environment.
- Visual merchandising or styling experience.
- Familiarity with CRM or appointment booking systems.
Hourly Pay Rate: TBC
Full training will be provided. Applicants must be 18 or over and available to start training immediately.
