Terms and conditions

• This sale applies only to dresses listed in the Sale section on rachelash.co.uk / shop.rachelash.co.uk (marked “Sale” and featuring the “Buy Now” button).
• You may purchase only one outlet wedding dress at a time. Multiple dress orders will be cancelled.
• Upon purchase, we will ship your dress (UK only) within 7 days.
• Once the dress arrives: you must check it carefully against the provided defect/fault sheet before trying it on. If you notice any additional, unlisted faults, you must email us with clear photos before trying on the dress. We will review and (if accepted) allow you to proceed.
• If you decide the dress is not right for you, you must return it within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with no additional signs of wear, tear, stains, or damage. If, upon return, the dress shows additional damage not listed on the original fault sheet (but still considered sellable), a 15% damage fee may be deducted from your refund (at our discretion).
• Returns must be sent using a tracked method; we recommend retaining the tracking reference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer — unless the return is due to our error (for example, if we shipped the wrong item).
• Once we receive the returned dress and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed via the website within 5 working days, and may take an additional 7–10 working days to reach your account.
