Cancellation Policy

At Rachel Ash we use an online booking system called Acuity to manage our appointment diary. This system allows you the freedom to select an appointment time that suits your availability, and subsequently manage the appointment directly online yourself.

Once you book an appointment with us, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking. The email will give you the option to manage your own appointment without having to contact us. During the booking workflow you will be asked to provide credit card details, we will not charge you for an appointment in advance, the details are taken to cover our cancellation policy. Details of instances where you will be charged are specified below.

By selecting the change/cancel appointment button through the email you can rearrange or cancel your appointment, so long as it is more than 48 hours before the start time of your confirmed appointment.

If you do attempt to modify your appointment within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment start time, you will be unable to rearrange or cancel without incurring the pre-advised cancellation fee amount. The appointment cancellation fee structure is as follows: Bridal Appointments £25; Bridesmaid Appointments £15; and Bridal Accessory Appointments £10. The appropriate cancellation fee amount will be charged to the credit or debit card you provided at the time of booking the appointment.

Any charges you do incur due to cancellation would be reimbursed against any future orders with us at Rachel Ash.
