We're Back Open!
Following the latest lengthy lockdown period our doors have finally re-opened and hopefully it's for good this time. We can't wait to start meeting brides, and hearing all about exciting wedding plans. If you would like to visit us here at Rachel Ash, you can book online by selecting the 'Book Now' button. We can't wait to share our relaxed bridal shopping experience.

Appointment Time
We do ask that you arrive on time to your appointment and not early, we will not be able to allow you to enter the boutique before your appointment time. We have spaced our appointment times to allow for cleaning between appointments for your protection. We will also have to finish promptly on time, this is to allow cleaning for the next bride. The time will not be limited should there be no appointment after yours.
Guests
During this time we can only allow you to bring two guests to your appointment with you. This is for you and our staffs protection, as we are a boutique we would not have the space to safely social distance with more guests under current regulations. We do have the option for a video call for your additional guests, so please let us know in advance if you would like to share the appointment with your entourage.
Hand Washing & Sanitising
We will ask you to wash your hands and/or sanitise once you enter the boutique. This is very important before you start browsing our collections. We do also that guests refrain from touching all the sparkly accessories too if possible.
Masks
We will require you to wear a mask at all times whilst in the boutique. You are more than welcome to bring your own or we have disposable masks available for you. Our staff will also be wearing masks when in close proximity to you at all times, we will also change our masks between appointments.
Dress Cleaning
We will be spray disinfecting dresses between brides to limit any risk of cross contamination. If you would like extra protection, we would recommend wearing nude tights and a nude underwear body, they will give you an extra layer and have the least impact on the look of the dresses, but this is not required.
