Our Social Distancing and Protection Measures
Good news, we will be back open on Thursday 3rd December, our diary is open and we are taking appointments for you to find your dream wedding dress. You can now book your appointment by selecting the 'book now' button.
Due to the coronavirus we are taking extra care and have put in place specific procedures to protect our brides, guests and staff. We would greatly appreciate that you follow these procedures, and we will make your experience with us as amazing and relaxing as possible.
Should you, any member of your household or persons you have been in contact showcase any of the recognised symptoms of the coronavirus, we request that you do not ignore these and please reschedule your appointment for a date in the future. This is to protect our staff and your fellow brides.
Warwickshire is a 'Tier 3 - Very High Alert' county which means the strictest current measures are to be adhered too. At this time we can only allow appointments with a bride to be plus 1 guest from your household/support bubble. No other guests will be permitted under any circumstances. These tiers are being reviewed every two weeks, if our tier does change we will let you know.
We do ask that you arrive on time to your appointment and not early, we will not be able to allow you to enter the boutique before your appointment time. We have spaced our appointment times to allow for deep cleaning between appointments for your protection. We will also have to finish promptly on time, this is to allow cleaning for the next bride. The time will not be limited should there be no appointment after yours.
During this time as we will be placed into tier 3 restrictions from 2nd Dec, we can only allow you to bring one guests to your appointment from within your support bubble/household. This is for you and our staffs protection, as we are a boutique we would not have the space to safely social distance with more guests under current regulations. We do have the option for a video call for your additional guests, so please let us know in advance if you would like to share the appointment with your entourage.
Hand Washing & Sanitising
We will ask you to wash your hands and/or sanitise once you enter the boutique, and you will be required to wear gloves when browsing the dresses, these will be provided. You can choose to leave the gloves on during the appointment for extra protection.
We will require you to wear a mask at all times whilst in the boutique. You are more than welcome to bring your own or we have disposable masks available for you. Our staff will also be wearing masks when in close proximity to you at all times, we will also change our masks between appointments.
We will be disinfecting and steaming dresses between brides to limit any risk of cross contamination. If you would like extra protection, we would recommend wearing nude tights and a nude underwear body, they will give you an extra layer and have the least impact on the look of the dresses, but this is not required.
